I’ve got a feeling you know me pretty well already. Especially if you’re fleeing the cold weather of the North for warm weather and sunny days. Once upon a time, I was stuck in 4 feet of snow and ice. Literally, one weekend in 2012, but figuratively for many more years. Then it hit me… I could just move.
So I did. I found my way to Leland, North Carolina. And if I weren’t in the real estate business, I might try to keep this area a secret. Although that wouldn’t work at this point, with Brunswick County being the fasting-growing county in the entire U.S. No wonder, what with the amazing weather, sensational sunsets, and wonderful communities.
I’ve been here since 2018 and was made to feel like one of the locals from the minute my moving truck was unloaded. I’m not saying people back home in Jersey weren’t nice, but I’ve never had so many strangers tell me good morning or ask how I’m doing while out for a walk. Folks here are so friendly – in no time at all, I had been invited to go on a fishing trip, join a group for golf, and lured to the best BBQs ever.
That makes it easy to sell someone on living here in coastal North Carolina. And honestly, I could enjoy any kind of work here. Environment is everything. But I truly enjoy helping families as they buy, sell, or invest in residential and commercial real estate. Those transactions have generational impact, so it’s important to me to provide all the expert guidance possible. Working in sales for over 30 years has given me that ability and here’s my secret weapon – I just love working with people. Something I get from my ?grandma – the biggest people-person ever to walk the Earth! Having that mindset keeps me energized working for my clients. A 25-hour day doesn’t wear you down when you’re doing what you love.
If I’m not careful, I could begin to ramble. Especially if I get around to my dogs, who are scattered about the living room sleeping right now. They’re not very productive when it comes to earning a paycheck, but they’re awesome companions to have around on a sunny day at the beach.
Ok, enough about me. Let’s talk about how I can be of help to you. If you’re thinking of joining me here for life on the sunny coast of North Carolina, contact me today, I know I can guide you to your ideal property.
Or, if you’re just coming down for a visit, I know where to get the best flounder, and a slew of backyard BBQ spots where I’m sure you’ll be welcome.
